A typical calisthenics / street workout routine often consists of physical exercises. This course is gonna show you the exact way to train your body for mastering the street workout moves.
The first seven days are suitable for beginners. The 8th day up to the 14th day for intermediates and the 15th day up to the 21st day for advanced athletes.
You will seriously hinder your results if you don’t do the following:
– IF YOU CAN’T COMPLETE EVERY REP THEN THAT’S OKAY. IT’S QUALITY OVER
– ALSO MAKE SURE YOU SQUEEZE YOUR MUSCLE ON EVERY REP.
– ALWAYS WARM UP BEFORE EVERY WORKOUT (failure to do so can lead to injury that will
set you back in your fitness journey)
– ALWAYS STRETCH AFTER EVERY WORKOUT (speeds up recovery and keeps you flexible
which is very important for when you start gaining a lot of muscle which can decrease your
range of motion if not stretched)
